We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Free returns exclude sale items.

Health and Hygiene Notice: For health and hygiene reasons, please wear undergarments when trying on your kit.

Return Conditions: Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in saleable condition. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Packaging and Responsibility: Please ensure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit; we recommend purchasing insurance with your parcel carrier.

Sale Items: Sale items are excluded from our Free Returns policy. While these can be returned, the cost of return postage falls to the customer. We are not able to offer refunds for costs incurred by returning garments nor taxes incurred for the shipping of replacements.

Custom Cycling Apparel: For custom cycling apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue with the product.
